Day 5-7: Relax and Refeed

Last three days I had no time to workout because of lack of time and weather conditions. We had sudden black ice and a total of 191 car accidents in less than 24 hours in our city. So I decided not to go to the gym on Sunday.
On Monday I had a business meeting outside of the town and didn’t have enough time to “eat well”. So I kinda consider this day as a refeed day, my calorie intake mainly consisted of low protein food - except the Burger King burger in the evening ;-).
There is lot of work to do today, but I will make it to the gym the next three days.

As a conclusion of the first week, I figured out the following things I need to improve in the next days:

  • eat more protein
  • drink more water

To increase my protein intake I ordered whey protein for pre- and postworkout. This should give me additional 70g of protein per day as well as direct impact on my muscle building plans.
