Day 43: Cough, cough

After two weeks of sickness I carefully returned to my workout last week. I reduced weights and sets for the first week but intended to return to my regular workout style the next (this) week.Since last Sunday I discovered a new kind of joy (after stomach bug and fever): coughing.
I don’t know what’s up with me. However, I kept going on and had my deltoids/triceps workout on Monday and my back/biceps workout yesterday. Today I skipped and will hopefully be prepared for my leg workout tomorrow. Unfortunately my strength remarkably dropped and gaining it back is now a matter of several weeks.
